Standard Season & TT Festival: Electricity, Gas Central Heating, Wi-Fi, linen and towels are all included in the price.
Low Season: From 1st October to 31st March, Molly's Cottage is available for long-term let with a minimum let of 1 month and maximum of 6 months. The rental price is £1000 per month (payable monthly in advance) which includes rates, Wi-Fi and Electricity, but does not include Gas (bottles), linen and towels.
