Molly's Cottage

Molly's Cottage is set over two floors, and to the front and rear of the Cottage are lawned gardens, with the rear garden being completely enclosed. 

Upstairs there is a generous sized double bedroom with TV and a bathroom with an over the bath rainforest shower. 

From upstairs you can exit out onto the exterior staircase to enjoy a morning coffee with stunning views over to Scotland and Cumbria. 

The kitchen is fully fitted with a Range double electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine.  Plentiful supplies of crockery, glasses, cookware and utensils are provided. 

A travel cot and high chair (both suitable for up to 3 years old) can be provided on request. 

The lounge/dining room has plenty of comfortable seating, a 43" Smart TV and a beautiful log burner for those cosy nights in.  There's also a double sofa bed if required. 

Downstairs there is also a sun room leading onto the rear garden, with sofa bed if required. 

Molly's Cottage has double-glazed UPVC windows, central heating and Wi-Fi throughout.
